General terms and Conditions
Continuing education

1. The described training, further education, workshops, events and retreats are taught by the team of PILATESwiss ® GmbH. The specified instructors can change at short notice.
2. Registrations online via www.pilateswiss.ch or by e-mail or in writing.
3. The reservation of places is made according to the date of receipt.
4. The registration is binding and will be confirmed.
5. Early registration is recommended, as the number of participants is limited.
6. The course fee is payable online or within 14 days after receipt of the invoice.
7. The course fees according to the current price list apply.
8. The course fee includes the following: training, course documentation and a confirmation of participation.
9. Travel, accommodation and meals must be organized by the participant.
10. The course documents will be handed out on the first day of the course. The prerequisite is the paid course fee.
11. The special conditions for the Pilates Studio Series are only valid for the complete package and are due as a total amount before the first course starts. If the series is cancelled, the attended courses will be charged at the normal conditions plus a cancellation fee of CHF 80.00 and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Cancellation / Rebooking

12. Transfers or cancellations must be submitted in writing to Karolina Schmid. The date of the postmark is decisive. The following fee regulations also apply to all examinations. Failure to attend an examination will be assessed as “not passed”.

The following fees apply for cancellations:

13. CHF 80.- after registration
14. 50% of the training fee less than 30 days before the training starts (also with medical certificate)
15. 100% of the continuing education fee after the start of the training course (also with medical certificate).
16. If a replacement participant is named who fulfils the requirements for further training, only the processing fee of CHF 50.- is due. The training fee will be transferred to the replacement participant.
17. In case of rebooking, a processing fee of CHF 50.- per course will be charged.
18. The Institute for Further Education has the right to cancel training courses, workshops and events without replacement, without the right of recourse from booked accommodation, supervision or travel costs.
19. The course participants will be informed about this in due time and any payments already made will be fully refunded. No further compensation can be claimed. The provider reserves the right to make changes to the training programs/contents and leaders as well as price changes.
20. The course location will be communicated with the course confirmation and may be outside of Zurich. The course location is subject to change.
21. Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. No liability is assumed for accidents or theft during the course.
22. The place of jurisdiction for all present and future claims arising from the terms and conditions between the provider and the course participant is Zurich, Switzerland. This also applies to cross-border contracts.
    Insurance: For all courses and events, we exclude any liability for damages incurred. Participants are responsible for their own adequate insurance.
